Introduction
What a marvelous civilization man has made, really beautiful and diverse. So many people believing in so many things-numerous religions, customs, and cultures. We have progressed significantly from the stone age to the agricultural revolution, then through industrial revolutions, and into this modern era. We have made so much progress that in the effort of building more and more; we have created things which are artificially important for a man's survival now. To be accurate, a non-awakened man, someone who doesn't know the sick games of society, has believed a lot of lies and has become a part of that big lie, a piece of this broken system, which makes him an unfree man. Well, it's not our mistake, but it will be our mistake if we don't pay attention to people who are trying to keep us awake, who are trying to really bring about a change, burst all the lies and make you at least a little free. I am going to assume that whoever is reading this is at least a little miserable in their life or not fully satisfied; maybe some of you are really in a bad place, but it's alright, it's normal to be like this in this kind of unfree world. There are ways to be out, or there are ways to at least get some relief, and here I am with the fact that will maybe give you some relief.
The Clever People And The Stone Age Men
Progress. What a clever group of men who made us believe that we are making progress. This shitty society, this is what you call progress? Millions of people dying all over the world due to the failure of governments, because of the people in the government who worry about nothing but satisfying their egos by gaining power, money, and position in this world, which will only make humankind more and more miserable. We are not only rotting our species but also this planet we live on, and it's not our right to mess up the home of millions of other species who just want to exist and experience this beautiful existence. That's the thing we are going to talk about more and more; that's the most important thing: "existence," that it is, just pure blissful existence, nothing else in this life can give you more bliss than just being able to experience the pure form of existence without any involvement of intelligence, because intelligence is the culprit. Intelligence starts to question things, starts to question our lives, our own existence, and these things keep messing everything up. But let's just not talk about that in detail for now. We just need to understand that intelligence is the thing which carried us to this place, the modern era, the era of fancy lifestyles, romanticism of everything, hustle culture, misinformation, false education, slavery, capitalism, and what not. Those in power have meticulously orchestrated everything to oppress every newborn and person in society. Well, let's not make a blanket statement about every person, because there are certainly people who can grasp the broader perspective and there were people who actively constructed this oppressive system. Those were the clever men. From a perspective of survival, what we needed was only food, water, and shelter, and yes, some necessities like mating and stuff. I am not saying people lived long back then, but I am pretty sure most of them lived a pretty fulfilled life because, you know, you didn't need to worry about many things back then. You didn't need a luxury car or bike, a beautiful wife or husband; you didn't have jealousy because there was no concept of nuclear families. Even they didn't know that it needed only one male to impregnate a female. Everything was so beautiful, discovering new land every other day, being thrilled by new challenges and adventures every day. I am not saying it was all comfortable; forests are no place of comfort, mosquitoes, snakes, and tigers are not what we now expect to be surrounded by. It was not heaven or something; obviously, there was pain and sickness and no assurance of food, but even after all this, they were happy because they were not as intelligent as we are today, and they had a pretty busy and straightforward life. Look, why I am saying that they had a very best life, best than us today, is because of multiple factors and reasons which I have analyzed.
Why were stone age and pre-stone age sapiens were more satisfied ?
The first is the biological reason, I guess. Our body is biologically designed specifically that requires certain things to keep it functioning properly. Our intelligence kept adapting, but our body remained the same unless you consider some obvious evolutionary changes. But some of those basic things were the secretion of hormones, the reactions in brain chemistry, which are essential to make us feel a certain way. Like for feeling happy, we need dopamine, which is also a reward hormone. For feeling loved, we need oxytocin, which is also called the love and cuddle hormone. For feeling good, we need serotonin, which is also called the feel-good hormone. Well, serotonin has many more functions, as do the others I mentioned. There are many, many more, like adrenaline for fear and thrill, endorphins, etc. Well, let's not go deeper into that and stick to the baseline. When we look at how our body produces these hormones and how the balance is kept, the mystery/problem is revealed. Take dopamine, for example; there are multiple ways by which dopamine can be released in our brain, but one of the strongest ways, which most people suggest, even psychiatrists, is to exercise, muscle building, workouts - things which involve heavy physical activity. Even a walk is helpful, but the more you work out, the more it gets released. Even the muscle repair process is directly associated with the release of dopamine. And the rest of the ways include completion of tasks, creating something, doing something productive, and this kind of stuff. The point is, today, a person gets dopamine by eating junk food, which spikes their dopamine level suddenly and then drops it. They get dopamine by watching reels on Instagram and shorts on YouTube by consistently consuming something which is really not healthy. It's like an addiction to the brain, and that's rotting our generation. But in the stone age, men walked miles and miles in search of food. Imagine how active they were and how adventurous it would have been to go on a hunt - pure bliss, pure supply of dopamine, pure supply of our demand which our body makes, breaking of muscles and seeing beautiful things, waiting for the hunt to come, and completion of the hunt (completion of the task). How real it was back then, how good our biological structure felt back then. The same goes for adrenaline. Adrenaline makes us fear, raises our heart rate to supply more oxygen in our blood which can give us energy so that we can handle the stressed-up situation which made us fear in the first position. For example, you are going for a hunt, and a tiger comes in front of you. Now your body will want you to act fast and with full energy, so it releases the adrenaline which makes you sense the danger and fear and run. Well, after you escaped from the situation, you will feel relieved and a sense of satisfaction, like you did an adventure. Just imagine the last time you did something daring and escaped from that - how good you felt. Yes, right? Adrenaline does that. But nowadays, adrenaline is released due to imaginary fears which create anxiety. Anxiety is nothing but just your body's way to tell you that there is a threat in front of you, but in this case, you just can't run away from it because it's a creation of your intelligence and not in accordance with what your body thinks. The same goes for oxytocin; at that time, cuddling and acts of intimacy were very casual. You eat food, you get energy, you have sex - it's that simple, pure biology. So in all manners, how the body was more satisfied when we were less intelligent and had not complicated our existence this much.
The developments
When the stone age man learned how to domesticate crops, he started to make settlements, and from there, civilization started to flourish. As the civilization kept getting bigger, there was surplus food production which gave a lot of people free time to think, and by that, our intelligence kept on growing more and more. People started to create art, poetry, and tools, and new ways of adaptation. Until here, there was no problem, but by the time some clever people came up who wanted to rule the fools, they started to create myths. Some of them were physically powerful, and some intelligent. They started to create myths, stories about gods and deities that govern the world, and that they were their all-knowers, messengers. By creating these myths, they started to rule a large number of the population, and those who refused to believe the myths and provide any advantages to the clever men were oppressed by the physically powerful men. That's how the clever people started politics and ruling. Their only work was to keep making fools of people, and that's how they made them believe in a system that never existed - a system where the leaders will be the ones who will protect the state, the society, the civilization from any threat, any wrath of god or disaster, and in return, get to rule them, get their surplus supplies. And this kept on going from monarchies to democracies to dictatorships to mass surveillance and all sorts of dark tactics to rule people. They are the ones who fed you up with ideas, with desires, with fear. There's no need for a fancy dress, a luxury car, a perfect charming partner, a permanent company, a big house, etc. These ideas are limiting you. The rulers and makers are constantly feeding you ideas. They are creating artificial desires through cinema and modern forms of art, rap music, all sorts of things, and each day they are getting better at it. And this all is the result of intelligence, nothing else.
Intelligence As The Culprit
Well, I think I have spoken about most of the reasons why I consider intelligence the culprit. But just to sum up, in the end when we come to realize that this world is a mess and get aware of the institutions and banks ruling us, we start to find an escape. We do all sorts of stuff to free ourselves from the burning desire to rise above the sufferings and pain which come by seeing the real truth behind this charmed up, well-planned civilization, society, and existence. And then come the gurus, the people who propose a course, a planned way to bring you out of misery, but that isn't a planned way, that's just another way to control you, just like when you run away from your cell in the prison, you get stuck at the gates; the guards stop you. And religion is also a type of guard, and all this because of intelligence. The only way out is to quiet being intelligent. Very idiotic to say, right? But I will be talking about it later. When we go further, we say the idea of spirituality and all that moksha, satisfaction from truth, this is all a creation of intelligence. Ever saw a dog or an elephant seeking spirituality? No, they are satisfied with their mere existence, and that's the beauty of experiencing existence. Well, maybe there could be a reason why we get intelligent; maybe there's a relation with spirituality, but it is a broad topic. I will talk about it later; for now, that's all.
